KJ1231 Posted June 23, 2018 Report Posted June 23, 2018 Currently on radiance if the Seas with a 2 Device Voon package. Last night we connect 2 phones. I turn WiFi off on my phone and try to collect laptop and says I have to disconnect a device. How do I “disconnect” the phone, other than turning off WiFi? Quote
Dawn T. Posted June 23, 2018 Report Posted June 23, 2018 Go to your web browser and type in: logoff.com (no w's). 4ensic 1 Quote
mom2mybugs Posted June 23, 2018 Report Posted June 23, 2018 Interesting... Usually it just boots off the oldest device. Jane Quote

Jane I haven't had that experience in quite a while. It's a good idea to just log off of device one before trying to log onto device two sunshine3601 and mom2mybugs 2 Quote
dave1013 Posted January 14, 2019 Report Posted January 14, 2019 On Harmony right now. Had purchased a 2-device Surf & Stream package prior to cruise. Instructions to log off are to type logoff.com in browser nav bar and hit enter. It didn't work. Fix is to type 2.2.2.3 in nav bar. That worked. Too many people are trying to switch devices; system can't handle it. spiralqueen 1 Quote
twangster Posted January 14, 2019 Report Posted January 14, 2019 On a Mac using logoff.com only works in Safari, not in Chrome. On an iPhone logoff.com works every time. No idea on Android. The need to distinctly logout one device varies by ship. Navigator for example requires it, Vision last week did not. YMMV. Quote
