Happy December! We cannot believe that we are already one full week into the month – there is so much going on with holiday preparation and shopping and baking!

Royal Caribbean revealed its 2021-2022 Northeast, Canada & Bermuda sailings and opened them for booking.

Six ships will offer sailings from this region, including the return of Oasis of the Seas to Cape Liberty for another summer season.

Seven ships will sail around Europe in 2021 with 70% new itineraries that feature a new mix of destinations.

In Antigua, guests can take in the island’s exceptional views from private cabanas or plunge into a stunning pool and swim up to the bar to order a classic rum punch.

The Royal Beach Club concept builds on the remarkable success of Royal Caribbean’s new Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas but will be a distinctly different experience for guests.

Royal Caribbean revealed earlier this week the major features and offerings coming to Odyssey of the Seas.

The first Quantum Ultra Class ship to arrive in North America, will feature a two-level pool deck, as well as a collection of restaurant choices to enjoy.

In November 2020, the ship’s inaugural year will kick off with 8- and 6-night itineraries from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Odyssey will then sail to her homeport of Rome in May 2021 and become the first Quantum Ultra Class ship to cruise Europe for the summer.

Royal Caribbean announced this week Grandeur of the Seas will leave the fleet in spring 2021.

When Grandeur leaves the fleet, she will be transferred to sister company Pullmantur Cruises. 

Grandeur of the Seas’ final sailing with Royal Caribbean will take place on March 26th, 2021. Thereafter, she will transition to Pullmantur. Enchantment of the Seas, will return to Baltimore to replace Grandeur in spring of 2021.

Royal Caribbean revealed its fifth Oasis Class ship will be named Wonder of the Seas and it will sail from Shanghai, China.

Under construction in Saint-Nazaire, France, Wonder of the Seas will be the next ship in Royal Caribbean's lineup of innovative ships.  She will debut in 2021 as the world's largest cruise ship and the first of the renowned Oasis Class to sail the Asia Pacific.

More information on Wonder’s itineraries and brand-new adventures will be announced soon.

Royal Caribbean revealed what changes are coming to Explorer of the Seas next year as part of its $110 million amplificaiton.

The bow to stern refurbishment will prepare Explorer of the Seas for a summer 2020 season in the Mediterranean and include a number of big changes, including The Perfect Storm racer waterslides, Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen, a fresh twist on a guest-favorite; a redesigned, resort-style poolscape with signature poolside bar The Lime & Coconut; and transformed kids and teens spaces.

Royal Caribbean released the first set of sailings for Odyssey of the Seas this week, which will begin in November 2020.

Odyssey of the Seas will sail from Port Everglades, Florida upon her arrival in North America.  Odyssey of the Seas will then offer 8- and 6-night Caribbean cruises, which include visits to Perfect Day at CocoCay. Odyssey of the Seas will be the first Quantum Ultra Class ship to call on Aruba and Curacao as part of its 8-night itineraries. 

In summer 2021, she will head over to Europe.
